Reasons your not losing fat

Are you having a tough time losing that excess stubborn fat?
Well, if you are, there are a couple of reasons why this could be happening…. and the problem is that there is lots of factors that come into play in these 3 reasons.

top 3 reasons

1. You are not in a caloric deficit.

Eating less energy (food) than the body requires to maintain its weight, is the first step to
successful fat loss. This allows the body to tap into its fat reserves. When people say I’m not losing weight because I’m not eating enough what they mean is, i don’t eat the right food at the right times to energise myself throughout the day when eating a lower calorie plan. This will lead on to point 3 then where they are too tired and lethargic to burn what little calories that have eaten.

2. You‘re not eating satiating foods.

Ever ate a meal and thought I could eat all that again? Well that meal was not satiating. If you don‘t eat foods that make you feel satiated, odds are you‘ll overeat and thus, not be in a caloric deficit. Focus on high lean protein foods as those will make you feel fuller, for longer!

3. You‘re not moving enough.

The more you move, the more energy you burn and the more you can eat. By moving more, you will make it easier to create a caloric deficit and optimize your health, performance, and mood. Ultimately, by focusing on a caloric deficit, sufficient protein, fats, and carbs, and regular
exercising, you will be able to lose fat and keep it off. So to summarise, Eat less food everyday than you burn, but you need to move to burn more calories and so you need to eat enough to give you the energy to move so you can burn more to create the biggest sustainable deficit possible. You do this by eating low calorie, high satiating food that make you feel full and energised. Remember though, this implies a change in lifestyle and it is not something with a start and end date. Stay dedicated.
