What a sustainable meal plan looks like?
Most people think they need to give up their favourite foods during a weight loss diet.
And although you will need to change your approach and the ratio of good to bad food.
The truth however is that itโs not the type of food that makes you gain weight, but the AMOUNT of food.
You can eat your โTreat” regularly but you have to make sure that the balance is in favour of nutrient-dense, whole foods and that your actually making progress each week.
If you are not measuring or if youโre going backwards then you are having too many treats.
Such treats will help you actually make the weight loss process bearable.
By making use of the calorie deficit if your goal is to lose weight, you can consume your favourite foods (even if theyโre junk) every day and still lose weight.
BUT just remember progress is king and if youโre not making progress youโre doing it wrong somehow.
