If you are not measuring or if youโ€™re going backwards then you are having too many treats.

Such treats will help you actually make the weight loss process bearable.

By making use of the calorie deficit if your goal is to lose weight, you can consume your favourite foods (even if theyโ€˜re junk) every day and still lose weight.

BUT just remember progress is king and if youโ€™re not making progress youโ€™re doing it wrong somehow.
