What is nutritional coaching?
Online nutritional coaching through Costigan Fitness is the results driven but self-empowering method to achieving goals through your diet.
How does it work?
We send you a welcome pack which explains everything you need to do. The welcome pack contains a questionnaire to fill out about you and your lifestyle to fillout and send back. Based on your answers to the questions we then formulate an eating plan to suit you. It is then your responsibility to follow the plans and keep us updated with your weekly check-ins.
Who is online nutritional coaching best suited for?
Online coaching is best suited for anyone with a good mindset that either does not need the 1-1 help, training advice or cannot travel to the gym the trainer works at. They will save money and have more flexibility but need to take more responsibility for their dieting habits and come up with their own training routine. We can tell you what you need to eat, it’s up to you to do it.
