What is online coaching?
Online coaching through Costigan fitness is the results driven but self-empowering method to achieving goals.
How does it work?
We send you a welcome pack which explains everything you need to do. The welcome pack contains a questionnaire to fill out about you and your lifestyle to fill out and send back. Based on your answers to the questions we then formulate an eating and training plan to suit you. It is then your responsibility to follow the plans and keep us updated with your weekly checking.
Who is online coaching best suited for?
Online coaching is best suited for anyone with a good mindset that either does not need the 1-1 help or cannot travel to the gym the trainer works at. They will save money and have more flexibility but need to take more responsibility for their dieting and training habits. We can tell you what you need to do but it’s up to you to do it.
