What is 1-1 Personal training?

1-1 Personal training through Costigan fitness is the results driven personal training based at Merthyr DW Fitness First.  You get 1-1 care and advice while going through each training session on your journey.

How does it work?

We arrange a meeting at DW Merthyr where we discuss your availability and the best options for you moving forward. We then send you a welcome pack which explains everything you need to do. The welcome pack contains a questionnaire to fill out about you and your lifestyle to fillout and send back. Based on your answers to the questions we then formulate an eating and training plan to suit you. Together we will follow the plan and you will be helped in every way possible to achieve those goals.

1-1 PT is best suited for anyone who wants to achieve their goals as safely and fast as possible. Not only will you achieve your goals you will learn vital information about training and nutrition along the journey.

I’ve waited 2 months to post this…I’ll be honest I was sceptical of the whole personal trainer thing and thought my fitness and body composition was o.k!
I started training with Matt in May and enjoyed the initial sessions although I was concerned about the diet! Matt explained and reassured me why it was so strict and also pointed about the weight I’d lose was purely body fat.
