Fast Four

This is a Four week blast aimed at anyone looking to shred as much fat as possible in just 4 weeks. You will be set up on the Costigan Fitness app where a Nutritional plan is given for you to follow along side the Costigan Fitness plan and workouts.

Each week on a Friday morning check-ins will take place where you send over your results to Costigan Fitness on the app. Costigan Fitness will reply the same day advising you on any changes that will be needed to be made to ensure fastest possible results.

With this you get access to the support accountability group for the 4 weeks to allow for 24/7 support.
